Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: You may return the new unused products within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be in new condition, with no signs of use, and returned in their original packaging with all inserts (e.g., tags, manuals).

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:
   
   • Contact us at contact@konfyhomes.com with your order number, product details, pictures of the product and reason for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Upload photos are required for defective or incorrect items.
2. Receive Return Authorization:
   
   • We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions, including a return address.
3. Ship the Return:
   • Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorization email or a printed copy (a digital confirmation via email is also accepted). 
   • Ship the return within 14 days of receiving authorization to the provided address. For TikTok Shop orders, use the return address specified in Seller Center.
4. Inspection and Refund:
   • Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 5–10 business days from shipping), we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.
   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days. Expect the entire process to take up to 4 weeks, though many refunds are faster.
